11 months old!

Today Hyrum is 11 months old! Can't believe I was huge pregnant this time last year and that my little guy is so big now (and so cute!). He still loves smiling for the camera!
Here is a picture of him in a football sweater Grandma Butcher gave him. Just wanted to post this so she could see.

All smiles!
I have to say how much I love my husband and all he puts up with. This picture is from the other night when Hyrum lost his dinner while ruff-housing with Ben. Ben survived and we laughed about it. He always seems to be the one to get the yucky stuff...like being peed on when he was a newborn. Thanks also to Ben for shoveling the 12 inches of snow we got in 2 days since I was working and tired! Love ya!
I forgot to mention some excitement that has been occuring around here. First, Happy 11th Birthday to Nathan (my brother) tomorrow! Second, Hyrum has had 2 ear infections in the last 3 weeks which might possible be due to news #3. Third, we got new callings at church- Sunbeam primary teachers! We have 10 kids and they are wonderful but I must admit that I don't recommend 10-3 year olds, an 11 month old, and 2 adults. The odds are not in our favor especially when nap time is missed for Hyrum. It keeps us busy and 3 year olds say the darndest things! Since I've been baby hungry this has curred all thoughts of wanting to get pregnant anytime soon. Fourth, Ben and I are finally looking forward to going to Lava Hot Springs on Friday night while Grandma babysitts for us. We're making up for our lost Anniversary plans. No-we will not be posting pictures from this event. Swimsuits in January is just not pretty-can't believe I'm even going to get in one-hope it fits! We are also going to celebrate Nate's birthday this weekend which should be fun.
The countdown to Disneyland has arrived. We hope to go mid June depending on work for me. My vacation request is in so hope it gets approved! Any input on other fun things to see/do there woudl be greatly appreciated.

That picture is discusting! Too funny! We had a fun time with Nate and your mom, sorry we missed you. Sorry about the ear infections that's not fun! So I think we will probably see you just as much as we did when you lived across the US. =)

I love that he threw up on his dad--when Eva was about that age, she had stomach bugs all the time, but I was always the one she threw up on. Even though Karl would be standing right next to me. They need to deal with the disgusting stuff once in a while . . . It toughens them up! :)
